Our fully managed service costs £20 per month, with no setup fee or hidden charges. Alternatively, you can pay £199 annually instead of £240 and save £41. The advertised price is the total amount payable; Square & Compass Websites is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Once we have received all the required wording, photographs, Lodge details and logo, your initial website will normally be built within five working days. You will then be able to review and approve it. Following approval, the website will normally go live within three working days.
Yes. Your Lodge will be able to review the completed website and request any agreed amendments before it is published.
Ordinary website updates will normally be completed within three working days of receiving the information. Urgent or same-day work may need to be quoted separately.
The managed package includes up to five routine update requests each month. These can include changes to meeting dates, officer details, notices, wording and photographs supplied by the Lodge.
Unused update requests do not carry over into the following month. Substantial redesigns, new pages or advanced functionality will be discussed and quoted separately.
Yes. The service has an initial 12-month agreement. Customers paying monthly make 12 monthly payments. After the initial agreement, the service continues on a monthly rolling basis.
Customers paying £199 upfront receive the same 12-month service period.
After the initial 12-month agreement, the Lodge can cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice. The website will remain live until the end of the period already paid for, and no further payments will be taken.
The website and domain will then be handed over to the Lodge.
If the Lodge pays £199 annually upfront, ownership of the website and domain transfers to the Lodge immediately.
If the Lodge chooses the monthly payment option, ownership transfers after all 12 monthly payments have been made. Until then, the website and domain remain the property of Square & Compass Websites.
Yes. Domain renewal and three professional email addresses are included for as long as the Lodge remains on the managed plan.
The included addresses can be used for the Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Officer or Lodge Mentor, for example:
The Lodge can choose three of these addresses. Additional email addresses are available on request.
If the Lodge leaves the managed service, responsibility for future domain renewal, email and hosting costs transfers to the Lodge.
